![]() ![]() It's not my Reddit handle, but I often go by Zetajezu in games. Some of the seemingly more beneficial cards have side effects that it won't tell you about that happen a decent while after playing the card."So I'm Killing Thousands of Spiders, So What? build" If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Learn how enemies synergize with each other and build your deck to reduce the risk of potentially deadly combos Generally, a bunch of enemy variety is bad, except in the cases where multiples of the same type have special effects/buffs/behaviors. Learn what you can deal with and what you can't and build your deck to compensate. ![]() Make sure you read what each tile, enemy, and buff/debuff do. There's a ton of cool combinations of cards, make sure to try everything you can think of! (Or use the wiki if you're stuck) Not enough attack speed and your dps won't make the cut. Too much attack speed will deplete your stamina completely and you'll get exhausted, where you attack very slowly until it regenerates fully. Usually, you'll want gear at the same level as your loop number, but it's okay to keep a good roll for a few loops if replacing it would break your buildĪttack Speed isn't as good as you think it might be, as the hero has an stamina meter that depletes with every attack. Sometimes it's worth waiting for the better version of a card (like Rock < Mountain) or replacing the weaker variant with the stronger one via oblivion My advice is not the best, but I hope you really enjoy the game. Bookeries can help you cycle to get rid of bad cards btw.Īnyway. If you plan on going for a long run, kill the boss and get resources (usually something you do after wave 4), then do not use the lower tier versions of cards like forest, desert, rock, cetera. If you're going for a short game, you want to kill the boss and get out asap, use every card asap. Stack it with some sand dunes and thickets/ rivers (I usually do half screen thicket river, half screen snad dunes) and you'll find enemies killing themselves. This makes swamps + vampire a ridiculously good combo for the necro. Necro: Necro is one of the few classes that doesn't stamina burn hard, and it also has 0 lifesteal. Getting 2 outposts, one on each side, so you go into boss fights with 2 guards will really help out early game. Spiders give crap loot but rogues make trinkets which negate it, and outposts increase survivability of your rogue at no cost at all. To make the run easier/ faster, grab things like Spiders, and instead of vampires get outposts. Instead of Ancestral Crypt, you can go with the arsenal and use the necklace to gain even more HP for your runs at slightly lower damage. Rogue: the lifesteal pre count chair stack doesn't exist really for rogue, so getting things like Villages/ Fields is a great way to consistently boost your HP. Pick up and focus on lifesteal first, and counter second. Warrior: Ancestral crypt + skeleton cemetery + ratwolf grove + vampire crypt/// Thicket + River = great way to get some fast HP. Make sure you're taking advantage of your character's synergies. The more cards you bring, the lower the chance of you drawing the one you want from a kill. HP is the most important stat across all 3 characters.ġ. When you have a ton of resources, you can go ham with your count chair/ +hp from resource furniture build, but it'll require a TON of crafting/ playing, so instead, just focus on getting anything and everything you can to add in more HP as fast as possible. In early stages, don't worry about optimizing your supply. They're going to open supply up, which is the key to getting long infinite loops.ģ. Save space and spam as many mudhuts as you can. You need to get stuff unlocked as soon as possible, but don't build more than 1 farm, or 1 lumberjack, or 1 forest. It will ehlp you build the rest of your base.Ģ. It is without a doubt the most important part of your base. Get Alchemist / transmutation as soon as possible. So, strategy I used to get fast resources and reach the infinite loop quickly-ġ. ![]()
